In quite a rundown area,...

Liked: Not kept up well, very dirty. Could use a nice cleaning.
Disliked: Could use a good vacuuming in the halls rooms were quite dirty found blood on the bathroom door, sticky, residue all over the sink and faucet

Overall good value for a...

Liked: Good value, easy and convenient to highway, great coffee shop across the street - “Wake and Take” - plus lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff.
Disliked: It’s Colorado so should rather expect it, but upon check in strong smell of weed in parking lot by entry, people on our floor snuck in a dog down the hall and propped the stairwell door open with a rock, no eggs or meat at breakfast (or maybe they ran out by the time we arrived). Fitness room is hot and very small with a very old treadmill.
