Poor

Disliked: They wouldn't refund my 2nd night after my plans changed. I booked through Bookings.com and they had the option to help but they didn't.

Liked: Staff was very nice and friendly. Clean rooms and breakfast was very good.
Disliked: If you are a Senior Citizen with some disability the beds are t high and hard to get in them. They should have handicap parking with ramps at both ends of the building. It made it difficult traveling with an 83 year old who is only 5'2 inches tall.

Very friendly

Liked: I travel with a 83 year old and she had a lot of trouble getting up in the bed. She has had several back surgeries and is only 5'2 inches tall. The beds are comfortable but need to be a little lower. There are only 3 handicapped parking spaces and they are at the other end of the handicap room.
Disliked: Very friendly staff and clean rooms. I will stay again ☺️

Superb

Liked: It was good, fruit was fresh
Disliked: Someone came in, on the floor above us maybe 1:00 that night and made noise for the rest of the night. Made it really hard to sleep. Also the curtains the dark out ones don't close just the shears so many lights came in the window I actually had to get a coat hanger with clips on it and clip the dark out curtains together over the shears to try to block out some of the light

Disliked: Didn't like the entrance into our room. Card was very temperamental.

Liked: Room was very nice, comfortable bed. The staff was very pleasant and informative

Nice place to stay after...

Liked: Breakfast was good, room was very clean, and spacious enough for the 2 of us
Disliked: The bed was very firm (a little too much), and the pillows were too soft they squished down to nothing. Room with pool was very hot.
