Liked: breakfast was great but could use more variety after a few days. The staff was very helpful and offered to warm food that we brought in from a supper. They did a great job keeping the food hot and clean. On our first night staff came to our room to light the fire place and it was amazing. They offered to come back if there were any other issues. We also were able to eat breakfast at the end of our hall. We cannot say there was anything disappointed.

Serenity at its best.

Liked: Every morning the entire facility smelled like apple cider. This was beyond a pleasant surprise for the stay. Hands down the best and friendliest customer service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel/resort.
Disliked: Indoor pool was a little harsh on chemicals and had a very heavy chlorine odor.
