Liked: No water over 2 days staff was very rude tried to pay at the desk multiple times but the woman continued to ask me ti come back as she was busy and when I tried the water after it turned on she called and came up trying to get in the room while i was in the shower freaking out about a payment I tried to make 4 times. She then told me i was on camera outside while i was in the shower. After she took my payment she said i was rude and didn’t have to stay there. At 11pm. I booked another hotel and ley

Had an excellent stay.

Liked: room, staff, bed, location. Recently refurbished and very nice. Pet friendly too with multiple dog walk areas and even provided clean up bags.
Disliked: Coffee in room and at breakfast wasn't great.
