Good

Been to some Comfort Hotel...

Liked: I like most the open air breakfast atmosphere. The staff where so accomodating and welcoming specially one Asian lady staff so warm and helpful. I like also the location it wasn't hard to find very close to the Central Station in Malmö. The room was okay and almost perfect.
Disliked: I didnt like there is no at least a welcome compliments for a new guest a kind of free water.. and there's no kettle inside the room.

Disliked: The staff is absolute mess , especially this one in the morning that called hazel, she is very rude , very unprofessional, it feels like she is knowing some lines and keep repeating them and it doesn’t matter what is the context is! And that’s quite expected from a staff that doesn’t speak good English! .. this hotel is beautiful, however I’ll never gonna come back because of the staff even the guy that checked me in was fine but he never left any notes on my profile so I had to fight and repeat myself over 5 times for this unprofessional woman in the morning “hazel” , you better train her and let her be flexible and at least how to talk to people because she has zero understanding to peoples needs and that doesn’t really relate to the service field ! 0 out of 10
