Excellent location, good breakfast and...
Liked: The location is excellent. Street side view is also nice. Food at the OGBG restaurant is quite good too.
Disliked: The beds were a bit too soft for us. The street noise reaches rooms on lower floors (up to third) so better to book a room on the top floors - fifth or sixth.

Liked: I am very disappointed with our stay due to the unacceptable location of Room 702, which is directly next to the rooftop restaurant. When we arrived at the 7th floor, we were stopped by a staff member (possibly a waiter or security), who asked for our reservation — assuming we were going to the restaurant. Once he and the other guests in line realized we were actually staying in Room 702, they started laughing at us. It was incredibly humiliating.No one warned us at check-in that the room shared a wall with the restaurant. The receptionist said nothing and just handed us the key, probably hoping we wouldn’t complain. The noise in the room was unbearable — we couldn’t even hear each other speak.After spending hours feeling frustrated and upset, we finally managed to get a different room. The receptionist, clearly annoyed, gave us a new key card with an unfriendly expression and rushed us away as if trying to make sure other guests wouldn’t hear our complaint.This was not the experience we expected, and I would strongly advise the hotel to be more transparent with guests and avoid assigning such rooms without proper notice.
