Disliked: Property a bit dated, hairdryer not working, light bulb flashing, bit of musty smell in the room.

Don't bother - only thing...

Liked: The breakfast we great. A very nice selection of foods and beverages. The staff in the kitchen and the dining room were very polite and attentive. The refills were done promptly and with minimum fuss. Kudos to them.
Disliked: The room was awful. The bed was in an l shaped corner and there was not enough room to walk next to the bed. As a senior, it was not comfortable for me to crawl over the end of the bed. The desk and tv should have been in the alcove and the bed where the desk is to make it a comfortable room. Also, the desk lacked an outlet to charge my phone, I ended up using the TV which was not optimal. Bed was comfortable enough with a nice fluffy duvet. The room was painted a dark grey which caused the room to be very dark with the poor lighting. Opening the drapes gave some relief but that wasn't realistic because the room faced and inner courtyard so there was no privacy. Also, the shower flooded the bathroom because the door didn't closed well, so I went and begged more towels from housekeeping to lay on the floor to catch the water. My suggestion - re-arrange with room, get brighter lighting and fix the sweep on the bottom of the shower door.

Disliked: The shower screen doors did not seal and made a big mess on the floor.

Liked: Really enjoyed our stay here, the location is fantastic and within a short walk of the opera house and waterfront. The room was spacious and the breakfast was brill. We had to leave early (pre-breakfast time) when checking out so the staff made up a packed breakfast for us which was great.
