Bad room, bad sleep extremely...

Liked: Blood stains on the bed, stains on the toilet roll staff did not make the room up after being asked several times. Got pictures of the room. Towels were not replaced after being asked. Staff were unhelpful and frankly rude
Disliked: Staff should’ve replaced sheets towels and toliet roll I paid for a king size bed they put 2 singles together air conditioning in the room was extremely poor and not working.

Disliked: I don’t have hair dryer I have to ask but they help me directly

Liked: Bring your own ear plugs because you need it. Its so load so We couldnt sleep during the whole night. We stayed at the 4:th floor and heard people chatting on the street. It was like the windows were open even of they were closed. Pillows were unconftarble. Only positive thing was the view and that they offer parking

Liked: Excellent location, helpful staff, room was spacious and clean. Good view from breakfast area but don´t expect extra ordinary breakfast.
Disliked: Decent breakfast although I expected much more options for breakfast. Also after 9:30 am they did not refill many items at breakfast, when asked for it, they said stuff is not available. Hotel needs renovation.

Liked: Location is very good. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast - simple European breakfast, but it was ok. Room was clean and comfortable. Checking was very fast and before 14, was thankful. The view from the breakfast room is beautiful.
Disliked: I didn't like the pillow, it was quite destroyed and didn't hold my head. Outside of my room, across it, there was construction site and all the time something was falling down. But we couldn't keep the windows closed, because there was no good aeration of the room. Air conditioning was only working on heating.
