On an elegant tree-lined avenue this bed and breakfast hotel is close to Hyde Park the West End and Oxford Street. London Paddington Station is less than 1148 feet away. It was an inexpensive bed...

Liked: Super location. We got more or less than we paid for.
Disliked: In washroom while functional was very small and "clunky". Window in the room was very difficult to open/close.

The position is great, the...

Liked: The hotel was charming the reception staff were amazing, pleasant & helpful.
Disliked: The rooms were hot & stuffy as there was no air con. The towels are only changed every 4th day. Which wouldnt be an issue if they were of a good size & thickness. The towels we had were small & thin. Breakfast had 2 settings 8 or 8.45. We missed breakfast a few times because we had actives booked. 7.30 start would be a better choice. We stayed a total of 8 nights

Liked: The location and staff are great.
Disliked: Rooms are small and get overheated in summer.

Overall the stay was enjoyable...

Liked: Very close to public transport Restaurants and parks the staff were very accommodating and friendly bathroom small but clean
Disliked: No lift we are aged travellers and the large flights of stairs were a challenge
