Liked: Very friendly staff and very Clean
Disliked: Couldn't check in till 3. And no were to get changed

Liked: The room was clean, the location was excellent and the breakfast was very good.
Disliked: We each could have used a second pillow and a hair dryer.

London

Liked: Terrific location
Disliked: Very hot on 3rd floor with 4 of us in the room. We opened the little windows and put the little fan on which helped a bit

Liked: As most places in this area.Basic, clean.
Disliked: Fans would be good, when Summer.

Hot and noisy

Liked: The location was great as in it was just up the road from Paddington Station where you can get the tube to anywhere. The road was tree lined and it was lovely to have trees to look out onto from the room.The room was a decent size with a good opening window. There was little noise from the neighbouring room which was great. The rooms seem quite split up which was good. The man on reception was very friendly and helpful which made for a lovely arrival. There was a desk fan in the room which was essential.The bathroom was adequate.
Disliked: The hotel was incredibly hot and uncomfortable and my room was like a sauna. I had to leave the fan on all night as the minute I turned it off it was unbearable. I got no sleep due to the heat, the very hard bed and the constant noise of a very busy road (constant cars, occasional sirens, idiots revving their vehicles whole sat in traffic, loud music, plus drunken shouting after pubs closing) plus the noise from the fan. Obviously the exterior noise is out of control of the hotel (as is the weather) but I am putting it here just to inform. I would guess rooms at the back would be quieter. I ended up not going to breakfast as I had to get out of there for some fresh air. I would not go again in summer. Although the bathroom was adequate, it was like stepping up into a plastic porta loo which also had a feeble shower in it. It feel like things might give way in that it didn’t feel stable. There was no window or working fan in there. I was on the 3rd floor which was ok for one night as I had very little luggage but I would not want to be climbing the steep narrow stairs with luggage.The requests I made were ignored even though I got an email saying ok. The bed was way too hard for me and would have led to back ache had I actually slept. The hotel was not cheap (nor expensive for London) so maybe they should consider air con units for use in summer.

Liked: Great location and friendly staff
Disliked: Bathroom was so small we felt claustrophobic whilst trying to have a shower etc.

Liked: Location was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean.
Disliked: The breakfast was a bit mediocre.

Nice Hotel

Liked: The location and price are great if you aren’t wanting to be in central London. The Paddington area is a nice part of London and not too far from many of the must see attractions.Breakfast included in the price was a nice bonus and perfectly reasonable . The staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The weather in London was quite warm throughout our stay and our room was hot and the compact bathroom unbearably hot during this time. There is a plug in fan but no opening windows in the room we had.

Liked: It was a very good location. Breakfast was good and fresh. The room was quiet and clean.The management of the hotel especially Ms Andrianna was extremely kind and helpful :).
Disliked: Everything was OK.
