When we got there earlier than check in, the staff was friendly and they had our room ready; the room was clean and had the appliances we needed; the area itself was quiet and calm; it was close to the Glen Helen Amphitheater.

Liked: Hotel was clean and comfortable bed. Housekeeping comes everyday. You can park your car right in front of your room.
Disliked: I asked about booking another day. The guy gave me one answer and when I called to confirm, the lady gave me attitude and said that was not correct. Staff needs to be on the page. Don’t take it out on paying customers.
