Good choice for a stopover...

Liked: Beautiful view on the old Roman bridge and the Moezel river.Fairly short walk to the city center.Excellent breakfast, which you can eat on the balcony when sunny!Staff is very friendly.
Disliked: Aside from the breakfast area, the hotel doesn't real have nice communal spaces.The hotel itself does not look that nice, aside from the breakfast space. The rooms are good though and very large.

Liked: It’s pretty close to the city center, but without the crowds. Therefore we love it!
Disliked: Dogs are not allowed in restaurants area. For improvement, it would be good to separate to accommodate guests with dogs and without dogs.

Liked: Staff was super friendly and helpful, location was convenient, room was clean. Free coffee to go when we left was super nice!!
Disliked: Extra fee for parking was quite expensive. The bathroom facilities like tiles and window frame were damaged. I expected more decoration following the coffee fellows style or logo.

Liked: The hotel belongs to the coffee shop chain "Coffee Fellows," and, as it should be, the breakfast provides good cappuccino, latte, etc. My favorite mix was to take the hot milk from the machine and mix it with the filter coffee from the thermal can to my taste. The room we had faced the river and was very quiet. The windows had a net to prevent mosquitoes from entering—a good thing. The room had good space, comfortable mattresses, and pillows, and provided a wardrobe. The bathroom was clean, small, and essential, with little space. The shower was perfect. There are supermarkets within walking distance, and the old town is also accessible. The hotel has an elevator too. The parking place is charged separately, but the price for 24h is reasonable. Finally, the staff was very polite and attentive
Disliked: There were no door hangers with "do not disturb" or "please make up the room," although we were never disturbed. We don't know if there is reasonable control over whether the guest is inside the room or if it was just lucky nobody disturbed us. Our room wasn't cleaned during our three-day stay. We did not claim it because it was not necessary to clean. But, usually, there should be information inside the room saying the cleaning or room make-up policy, if we have to request, if it is every a certain number of days, or if the cleaning is per stay. The problem is only the accumulated trash.
