Cocoa Country Inn Hershey

We asked for early check in after we checked in - she said we couldn't check in until after four! Check in was at 3! Reception was dirty and smelled like cats. I paid $167.00 for one night and didn't even see room after check in. Dirty!

Liked: room was clean, heat worked well , water pressure is awesome
Disliked: window was cracked open the whole time at the top, not bottom. towels had stains on them but were clean, shower curtain needs washed or replaced

Convenient but they need comforters

Disliked: I DID NOT like the sheets. They don't have comforters on the bed and there is nowhere to adjust the heat. Also the phone and television didn't work.

Liked: Check in was easy and fast. Front desk manager was pleasant and welcoming. I loved it! Room was comfortable. Parking was nice. Property was clean and quiet. . My only issue that the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. There was hair on a towel. Residue in tub and shower curtain was badly stained. Toiletries were used and half full. They weren't replaced for a new guest check-in. I had to clean and disinfect bathroom with my own supplies.
