We asked for early check in after we checked in - she said we couldn't check in until after four! Check in was at 3! Reception was dirty and smelled like cats. I paid $167.00 for one night and didn't even see room after check in. Dirty!

Liked: Staff was friendly. They gave us bottled waters, extra towels, and additional toilet paper.
Disliked: One of the rooms had an odor, like enclosed damp, as it had been wet for a while.

Disliked: Let's start off with learning English and how to speak it spent 20 min to check in cause he could not understand me, vise versa. u going to run a business in america.learn to speak it and understand English then we.move on to the coffe horrible 1 sugar one cream a stirrer and the carfey don't match up.so u have to hold it up for coffe to come.out then we move on to doing construction work till all but 11 pm and the hallways and office stink will never go back

Disliked: This place is a dump!! The smell made me sick. We had 2 rooms one had roaches, no hot water, bed had hair in it, and just unclean. The other room was nasty, shower curtain was dirty, lamp shades had black dust so thick on them, light fixtures in bathroom was rusted, hair from other guest in drain and water was so slow at draining. Smoke detectors were missing. We stayed the first night because we didn’t get there until 1 am and was drained from the drive. Next morning contacted booking about conditions of this place and still waiting for help. Did not stay the next night. The place is not fit to be renting rooms out. Pictures they have posted have to be from when they first opened. Unfit!!!!!!

Disliked: Lady at front desk had my daughter in law write down her debit card (she’s only 19) and she complied. They went to room and had me on video showing how disgusting room was and bed bugs was present on mattress. Told her to leave room and go cancel their stay and go somewhere else and get the paper she wrote her debit number down on back. Lady at front desk got rude with her and refused to give her the paper back and threaten to call cops if they didn’t leave office. They left office and started loading up vehicle with luggage and my daughter in law realize she didn’t grab her Apple Watch. They called cops themselves to assist them instead of being called on by lady at front desk if they went back in. Cops came and lady got rude with the officer and refused to give back her watch at first until cop demanded her to give it back. When asked about paper with my daughter in laws debit info, told the officer she had gotten rid of it. He then told her if any unauthorized charges are made on her card then he will be back to arrest her for theft. After the incident happened and reported to booking.com for refund, in which booking stated they haven’t taken out any money yet and stopped any future payments, 2 hrs later the hotel took the money out. 6 days later and no refund.

Disliked: Upon walking into my rooms building it reeked of cat piss.Upon entering the room it did not smell thankfully but had sticky dirty floors. There was hair on the sink, toilet and floors of bathroom. The beds had hair on pillows, sheets and blankets. Not head hair on beds. Short hair like eyebrow, pit or pubic hair. One pillowcase had a reddish smear like pus blood or maybe a sauce...I had to go to store to purchase new sheets and blanket and pillowcase to sleep on bed...
