It was disappointing this visit....

Liked: I appreciated the customer service, they were very friendly, respectful, and helpful. They we’re concerned about my needs/concerns and was willing to get them resolved. Brandon and the supervisor on duty on Wednesday 4/16/25 offered to have my unit changed but because I was leaving 4/17/25 they offered a refund for one day of my stay which I am patiently awaiting.
Disliked: I have visited Shawnee plenty of times at least 20 times. I have booked a stay myself plenty of times as well as accompanying my friends, family and my significant other and always had a great time. Unfortunately this time I took my cousin there for her birthday and the linen in the two bathrooms upstairs were dirty, good thing we had our own towels and wash cloths. The couches were old and dirty so we chose to wipe down the dining chairs and sit there. The pool was very dirty. It was cloudy as if the pump or chlorine was strong enough for the capacity of people who were visiting there during spring break. I did step into the pool and got out quickly. I felt embarrassed to have taken my two cousins there and they look so disappointed regarding the pool and the linen.

Mom-daughter weekend

Liked: The two bedroom villa was the perfect size for a mom/daughter getaway. The kitchen was well appointed, allowing us to enjoy home cooked meals. We enjoyed spending the spring evenings on the screened porch.Thank you for the perfect setting for making memories.
Disliked: We arrived right at 4:00 to check in but the room was not ready until nearly 5:00.We had neighbors who played very loud music until about 2:30 am. I was surprised there were not quiet hours posted.

Liked: Plenty of bathrooms.
Disliked: We had ants in two different villas.
