The Spotlight on Club Quarters Hotel World Trade Center

Stylish Comfort Steps from the Stage

Modern and efficient, Club Quarters Hotel World Trade Center is a sleek, city-smart hotel in the heart of Lower Manhattan. With sweeping views of the skyline and a rooftop terrace to soak it all in, it's perfect for music lovers who want to stay close to the action without sacrificing comfort. Located just steps from the National September 11 Memorial and a short subway ride to major concert venues like Madison Square Garden and Barclays Center, it offers easy access to the best of NYC’s music scene.

Rooms come with flat-screen TVs, a Keurig brewing system, and free coffee and tea—essentials after a long night out. The vibe is professional yet relaxed, making it a smart choice whether you're here for a festival or a single unforgettable gig.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out isn't until 12:00 PM, giving you plenty of time to sleep in after a late show.

Why Concert-goers love it

This hotel hits the sweet spot for music fans—close to subway lines for late-night returns, yet tucked into a quieter corner of the city for post-show wind-downs. The rooftop terrace is a favorite place to recap the night with friends, and the 24-hour front desk means you'll never have to worry about a late check-in. With soundproofed rooms and comfortable beds, you’ll get the rest you need after dancing all night.

Who this Hotel is great for

  • Groups of friends who want a central launchpad for concerts and city exploring
  • Solo travelers seeing their favorite artist on a personal music pilgrimage
  • Couples turning a concert into a romantic NYC weekend
  • Fans wanting a quieter spot to recharge post-show
  • Budget-conscious music lovers who want value without sacrificing style

Food and Drink Options

Guests can enjoy Morton’s Steakhouse on-site, offering upscale dining perfect for pre- or post-concert meals. While there’s no 24/7 room service, complimentary tea and coffee are always available, and there are plenty of late-night eateries within walking distance. Breakfast is available for those who need a slower start after a high-energy night.

Nightlife Options

While the hotel itself doesn’t host live music, you’re in the heart of NYC’s nightlife scene. Nearby bars and lounges cater to every vibe, from craft cocktails to casual dives. The rooftop terrace is a chill spot to kick back with friends and enjoy skyline views before heading out or winding down.

What People Say

Reviewers love the location and views, noting the rooftop as a standout feature. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms get high marks, and many mention the friendliness of the staff. The proximity to public transport and major attractions also earns consistent praise.

Areas for Improvement

Rooms on lower floors may experience some city noise, so earplugs are a smart addition to your packing list. Some guests noted the rooms are a bit compact, but most agree they’re well-designed and efficient for short stays.

The Bottom Line

If you're heading to a concert in NYC and want a clean, comfy, and well-located hotel with skyline views, Club Quarters Hotel World Trade Center is a solid bet.

Nice hotel, but you may...

Liked: Nice location, good amenities like free coffee all day and water bottle filling machines on each floor.
Disliked: I booked a suite with queen bed in the main room and a living room area with a sofa bed. No suites were available when we arrived so we were offered a standard room with a rollaway bed. My understanding was that I was accepting this room for less than the cost of the suite, but the hotel charged the difference to the card I have on file with Booking. I have been in touch with the hotel’s customer service, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

July 4th. Family trip

Liked: The size of the room , and the location was great. I was very happy to see two TVs.. I love the balcony. I didn't have to travel too far, to go see the fireworks. But more importantly. My 14 old son enjoyed himself.
Disliked: Very dusty in the rooms.. Somebody left their socks on the balcony..

Excellent hotel but the location...

Liked: Spacious and comfortable rooms, well equipped. Comfortable bed, excellent shower, free coffee machine in the lobby
Disliked: The location is not great. It is walking distance from the subway, but if you stay near the hotel there is not much to do.

Superb

Liked: Great location, next to World Trade Center and to a subway station. You could be in the upper side of Manhattan in 15 min. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Rooms were serviced late in the day and some days our room was skipped without apparent reason.

Great location, hotel needs updating.

Liked: The location was the best thing and the view from my hotel room
Disliked: The elevators are slow, the hotel needs a renovation or makeover, feels outdated and old, like it’s barely hanging on, and aesthetically it’s not that pleasing.

Has great potential but with...

Liked: This hotel had very nice rooms and even those not facing the One World Trade Center have good views if on a decently high floor. The room has a work desk and a "computer/work" chair. The kitchenette has actual metal spoons and forks, actual cups and a microwave with a fridge. So they have a potential to be really good. They had a water filtering machine on the floor with free bottles to fill up, you can choose cold or regular temperature.
Disliked: The AC just didn't work when it was muggy and sweltering day in NYC. And I had to sleep in the room at 80F and 84% humidity. I spent only one night there so I'm not sure if it's a systemic problem. I did report it, and they did send a crew to fix it but it worked only for 5-10 mins after them and then returned to just being a fan which wasn't even blowing a chill air because it was too hot.The light in the bathroom wasn't working, and for whatever reason they have very small bath towels, they are much closer to hand towels.
