Staff were very helpful, room...

Liked: Location was great and within walking distance of Times Square, Broadway, and other attractions. Employees were very helpful with check in, check out, and stowing luggage after checkout until needed it.
Disliked: While I was there one of the two elevators were out of order which delayed me slightly, but stairs were in service. Elevators are too small to fit more than 3 people with luggage so wait times for elevator fluctuated.

Overal good experience

Liked: Location, the staff and the coffee.
Disliked: No breakfast on site, some rooms are very small, the carpets looks used and old and the windows are dirty and hard to open
