Great stay, close to everything!

Liked: The location cannot be beaten. Perfect for a first time stay in NYC! Walking distance to 4 subway stations, Times Square (without being too close) and Rockefeller Centre, Bryant Park. Filtered water filling + tea and coffee station and lounge area for guests downstairs saved us a fortune in buying water. Cafe Manhattan over the road was great for grabbing a juice and snacks. Plenty of food options within 2 blocks to choose from. Room was comfy, clean and very quiet.
Disliked: The only feedback that I have is that we weren’t told until check in that the hotel wouldn’t be able to accommodate the twin beds that we had booked, due to major renovations being carried out. I had emailed to advise of our arrival time two days earlier and it would have more appropriate to have been told at that point that we would only have one bed. Luckily it was ok because it was myself and my sister, however, it was the primary reason that we booked Club Quarters, as their two bed options were a decent price compared to others. Otherwise the staff were great, really helpful and friendly.
