Efficient check in and cheerful welcome. Clean, practical rooms and in a great position for exploring central London. Very convenient for the theatres. We are already planning to stay again later in the year.

Exceptional

Liked: We've never stayed at this hotel franchise before. The front of house staff were excellent, especially Odette. The room was a good size being a suite, with the bed being very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of items. It's located in a fantastic area for things to do, especially in Covent Garden.

Excellent location and fantastic staff.

Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent, a few metres away from Holborn station. The hotel overlooks the park so it's nice to walk out out of the hotel and see that in the morning. Staff were SUPER, helpful, always greeting us with a smile. We left our son's boots behind when we checked out and they immediately tackled it. They have a brilliant online system for their lost and found and they've now shipped the boots to us. Would definitely stay again at this hotel when we visit London.

Good location, clean and comfortable

Liked: Good location for the theatre, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Bar was shut early at 10:45pm when we came back and I had a really heavy quilt when my friends was light weight.
