Efficient check in and cheerful welcome. Clean, practical rooms and in a great position for exploring central London. Very convenient for the theatres. We are already planning to stay again later in the year.

Liked: we were in London to celebrate a big birthday and the staff were very welcoming and made it very special.
Disliked: disappointing that the lovely breakfast that we had the last time we stayed was not available as the restaurant is under new management, but found somewhere very close by for breakfast

Liked: Friendly staff. Great location, close to bars and walking distance to most places for us as we are fit, but obviously the underground is available too if you want to get around faster. Beautiful view of the garden park from our hotel room. Quiet pretty area despite being close to bars and coffee shops etc. Hotel looks really nice from outside and on ground level, although a slightly more business/office type feel as appose to leisure, maybe thats London for you i dunno. We were told we got a complementary upgrade to a lovely amazing room and free bottle of wine on arrival, which sounded nice as it was my partners 40th. Toiletries stocked up daily. New towels provided. Hand sanitiser on entry was reassuring as Covid-19 was among us. Nearby secure car park that we used.
Disliked: No bottle of wine in room as informed on arrival and room did not appear to be much of an upgrade. Shook this off as it was complimentary anyway, but it was kinda disappointing. The room was noticeably dusty and dirty on arrival. Tv remotes and table were really dirty. No toilet brush in bathroom. Horrible paper feel bed sheets, itchy top sheet and single beds pushed together so we kept falling in the ditch. Lack of milk and breakfast tea available, even down on ground next to the coffee machine it was not stocked up. Not informed of free bottled water on our level, noticed it on last day. Not obvious where the har/restaurant is and only one lift takes you there.
