Efficient check in and cheerful welcome. Clean, practical rooms and in a great position for exploring central London. Very convenient for the theatres. We are already planning to stay again later in the year.

Super convenient location and clean...

Liked: Free coffee and tea machine in lobby, clean rooms, mini fridge and water kettle to use in the room, check in/check out luggage storage, great central location. Very close proximity to bus and tube stops, walkable to many attractions. They provided small items like hair comb, mouthwash, dental kit, shower cap, ear plugs, etc. that you could take as needed from a hallway closet.
Disliked: The 3rd bed in a 3-person room is a pull out twin sofa bed. In our room, it was tucked into a small alcove. Not a lot of space to move around the pull out bed. The mattress also isn't comfortable, felt somewhere between an inflatable mattress and an actual mattress. The pull out metal frame and mechanism also sticks out from the mattress, making it easy to bump into it due to the tight space. Slept on it for 6 nights though to let my 70 year old parents sleep on the actual bed.Shower drain also drained very slowly. Five minute shower and you were standing in about 2 inches of shower water but at least it didn't spill over the curb. Drained completely about 10-15 minutes after shower. Reported it to the staff the next morning and they said they would look into it but wasn't fixed - not sure if there was much they could do about it.Staff was fine and courteous, but seemed slightly annoyed when we reported the shower issue

Excellent hotel in a great...

Liked: This hotel is in a perfect location for Covent Garden and a few steps from Holborn tube station. Staff are very accommodating.

Good hotel close to the...

Liked: Quite spacious room for London hotels Comfortable bedGood location, very close to the theatres, Soho, China Town etc, close to buses and underground Breakfast was ok (but only filter coffee included)
Disliked: Shabby furniture, there was no toilet brush
