Efficient check in and cheerful welcome. Clean, practical rooms and in a great position for exploring central London. Very convenient for the theatres. We are already planning to stay again later in the year.
Liked: Easy to access via public transport; great central position.

Lovely hotel and great staff...
Liked: Location; free tea and coffee throughout the day; good size room
Disliked: They only clean your room every 3 days! They say they’ll do it on request but this didn’t happen - very odd to be staying in a nice hotel and they don’t make your bed for you.

Excellent location and amenities that...
Liked: The location is truly excellent. The property faces a very quiet square where Lincoln's Inn Fields is situated, but the Holborn tube stop is a 2 minute walk around the corner. Plenty of coffee shops, pubs, grocery stores all within a 5 minute walk and then tons more within a 15 minute walk. The bed and pillows were comfortable - more so than has been my experience at other CQ properties. The room provided all standard amenities and then some. The coffee machine in the lobby area Is pretty legit. I discovered this at one of my past CQ stays and now I don't even worry about trying to find the best local coffee when I travel because the complimentary coffee at the hotel is actually so good.
Disliked: The coffee machine malfunctioned on one of the mornings during my stay and the staff didn't address the issue quiet as promptly as one would've expected. My room was very small and looked out into kind of an alley courtyard, but hey, I didn't come to London to hang out at the hotel. The carpets could definitely use a steam cleaning, though.

Liked: Location was perfect. Very handy for theatre district and underground. Room was very nice
Disliked: Being charged £25 for breakfast where most of the items were finished at 8.30am. It was very poor
