Efficient check in and cheerful welcome. Clean, practical rooms and in a great position for exploring central London. Very convenient for the theatres. We are already planning to stay again later in the year.
Liked: Easy to access via public transport; great central position.

Big rooms and good location
Liked: Good location close to Holborn subway station. Walkable distance to Covent Garden. Big room size for London city. Small table and microwave in the room. Free ice and water on the floor and free coffee in the lobby.
Disliked: Even though we had a room with a window it pointed against a duct. No view or direct sunlight. Heavy glass sliding door to the bathroom that was loud when being opened/closed and didn't properly seal which was annoying if someone needed to go to toilet in the night.Clearly a business hotel with lots of meeting rooms so as an individual traveller felt a bit out of place.

Great stay and would visit...
Liked: In a great location with access to lots of restaurants and bars. public transport was excellent too. Free teas, coffees, hot chocolate and water from machines in reception were very good and always available.

Worst experience I've ever had,...
Liked: Location
Disliked: Worst experience I've ever had, in terms of check-in, checkout and payments. First they couldn't find our reservation, then they said they found it but claimed that we didn't book a family room and said they have none available. Later they discovered they looked at the wrong booking, so we had a family room reservation but the rate was different, which took more time to sort out. Checkout was worse! They charged the deposit card, after we specifically asked not to and after we provided them with a different card. They then claimed there was an issue with the charge due to a system malfunction, so we were charged again and for more then the booking rate was! They ended up charging us a total of more then 3000 pounds!!!! For a booking of 1322 pounds!!! They said it will all be settled, but we don't see any reimbursed funds, only charges. Reimbursed money can take up to a week.So If you would like to stay at a hotel that treats your credit as their own personal loan account, this is the place for you..... The sofa bed was unfitted for any human to sleep on. Shower head leaked whenever you took a shower.

Nice hotel
Liked: Good area in walking distance to theatres and Covent garden.
Disliked: Still awaiting the deposit to come back! Don't know why they do that when it's payment upfront. Also the cleaner was very keen in the morning seeings check out is not till 12. Knocked numerous amount of times.
