Disliked: What I did not like about the property is that they were still doing renovations almost a year later from the last time I stayed there, and there were no indications that it was still under construction prior to be booking

Liked: The breakfast was good. I was in awe at the amenities provided for the price I paid. It was awesome!
Disliked: There was some construction, but it really didn't affect the quality of my accommodations. I enjoyed my stay there.

It was awful.

Liked: The ad said free breakfast. But it was no breakfast available. Place was under construction it was awful.
Disliked: No breakfast . Room didn't look like rooms on website. Cover on beds was awful

Don’t trust the photos on...

Liked: Room was big and very nice.
Disliked: They don’t tell you they are under renovation and a lot of the amenities that I look for when I book a stay we’re not available. They took advantage of the ice storm and raised the rates for the night. No breakfast with omelet station, just muffins. For the price I expected better. Will not be back.

Great staff, clean, friendly, spacious...

Liked: The staff! You have an AMAZING staff!!! The woman who worked the desk overnight on 12/14 was such a pleasure!!! Kind, friendly, knowledgeable and down to Earth!!! I wish I had gotten her name but you really need to commend her!!!
Disliked: The elevator was broke so we had to walk to the end of the hotel for the elevator then back to the other end for our room. I know its something that couldn’t be fixed on the weekend and, in the hotels defense, it was being fixed when we left Monday.

Superb

Liked: I loved the room. And the staff were as helpful as they could be.
Disliked: My only disappointment was no fault of the facility. I don't like the traffic in the area as is.

Disappointing

Liked: I liked the location.I liked how staff responded to bringing towels to our room
Disliked: I didn't like that i had no hand soap, nor body warsh, or enough towels. Als, I didn't like the fact that when i worked out weights were missing, i was told someone stole them. The facility was very dirty, and renovations were happening, and we were not informed until we arrived. Breakfast was a joke.
