Was pleased of the accommodations...

Liked: Would have been nice to know the facility was under renovation and didn’t have ICE machines available.
Disliked: Front desk sign wasn’t visible due to renovation.

Liked: It was decent , Overall okay , nice and cool air conditioned Quiet Hallways . Staff were helpful and checkout was smooth
Disliked: BEWARE the pictures listed on here aren’t accurate and not as big either . It’s a small room, tiny bathroom and small living room space and the layout is completely different . The white sheets smaller fresh but had stains on them . There is no complementary breakfast , Also before you book be ready for the $150 credit card hold at check in .

Great stay with a fantastic...

Disliked: The room flooded! We did not know where the flood was coming from. The microwave did not work at all. Seems to be a problem where the dishwasher and sink flooded all at the same time. My daughter and I left for the GNX concert and came back to a completely soaked floor with the cabinets at the bottom of the stove flooded as well.

Nice but wait to book...

Liked: Staff was nice. Room was updated and clean.
Disliked: It’s under construction so the entire outside is covered in dirt, debris, and tree branches. There are no amenities available. The construction starts everyday at 8am, sometimes earlier, with men using heavy machinery. It’s SO LOUD there’s no possible way to sleep in when it’s happening right outside of your window. Plus there’s zero privacy even on the higher floors where construction workers are using cherry picker style equipment to do their job and they’re face level with your window.

After the front desk fiasco...

Liked: The closeness to downtown
Disliked: The front desk manager had a bad and negative attitude towards me and told me I didn’t have reservations and I did ..Told me there weren’t any rooms left and proceeded to give another couple a room after telling them they didn’t have reservations as well ..Had to call booking.com customer service to get me a room

Disliked: They were doing construction which was not advertised on this website no breakfast. I don’t even believe they had a pool or a fire pit and barely anywhere to park.

Overall, the price was good...

Liked: The price, the 2Bdr type and location
Disliked: What I did not like about the property is that they were still doing renovations almost a year later from the last time I stayed there, and there were no indications that it was still under construction prior to be booking
