Liked: First time visiting Southport, it was a fantastic place. The owner was very accommodating, giving us suggestions on where to visit. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Room number 3.

Liked: Great location. Comfortable room with tea/coffee making facilities. The beds were very comfy with pristine bedding. The host was there to greet us and he was very friendly and helpful. Having free parking was a bonus!
Disliked: The only problem we encountered was the bathroom door. There was something wrong with the latch which resulted in my husband getting locked inside the bathroom for a good 10 minutes. Fortunately, as a last resort, he was able to shoulder his way out (without doing any damage to the door or himself). Had I been the one stuck inside it would have been a different story.

A gem of a place...

Liked: Extremely comfortable room in the centre of Southport. A few minutes walk to the station and a few minutes walk in the other direction to the Promenade. The bonus of free car parking plus an exceptional comfortable bed. Quiet location despite being central. The room was cleaned to a very high standard with good facilities provided. Powerful modern shower. I will be back!
