Liked: Breakfast. Very good.
Disliked: Tired beige room cheap furniture soft bed, miles from the facilities lots of stuff not working properly. Small tired bathroom. No clean towels or biscuits teas/coffees on day two. Wont be back.

Liked: Brilliant staff, brilliant location and a brilliant room facing the sunshine what more could anyone want!Ooh I forgot to mention the wonderful leisure facilities!
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Beautiful reception area sofas,lighting etc really nice
Disliked: As you through the corridors and up the stairs it's like a different place. Room wasn't acceptable for price paid,dirty shower and taps.General grubiness. Not impressed

Liked: Breakfast adequate , service was very good, no complaints.
Disliked: Parking could be improved, had to drive around 3 times before finding a place to park, we realise parking is a problem but some information could be provided when booking .

Liked: The room 508 we were allocated was perfect with its own little patio it was a real sun trap ideal to just sit and relax in the afternoon, we will definitely try and book a room around there when we come again.

Liked: Breakfast good quality. Very friendly helpful lady member of staff. Room 109 good view. Pool very good and facilities
Disliked: Bathroom could have done with an upgrade. Water extremely hot. Couldn't regulate temperature in swimming pool showers. A ramp at the front of the hotel would have been very useful. Unfortunately we were allocated the wrong room which didn't meet our request for an accessible shower but this was rectified immediately
