Value for money, but could...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel was in a convenient location in beautiful grounds, and parking was free. Breakfast exceeded expectations - food was hot and there was a good selection, which was continually topped up.
Disliked: General decor and furniture was a little old fashioned, and dinner was disappointing. The food was only luke warm, and tasted like it had been cooked quite a long time before it was served.

Disliked: It is a shame that the pool remains out of commission. The TV tuning & dead batteries in the remote has been a problem in each of our four stays. Housekeeping should check after each occupancy

Gorgeous staff and gardens. Charming...

Liked: Staff exceptional so friendly! Gardens beautiful & access to the beach. Loved the pool room as something fun to do, gutted the swimming pool is closed indefinitely as it was a factor in booking.
Disliked: Food I’m sorry but it was terrible. I had carrot wellington with cabbage and chips. Dry and weird. The desert tasted awful. Sorry to say breakfast was bland and tasteless also.When we sat on the bed the springs sounded like drums.on a plus the room was clean.
