Liked: The location walk distance to the beach and a lot of bars and restaurants
Disliked: Room was very small, no dresser room was very plain no soap to wash your hands In the shower there was nowhere to hang your body wash closet door was scraping the ground wasn’t level room didn’t have no microwave no fridge

Liked: It was in a very convenient location and the staff was super nice.
Disliked: The rooms were very small and very hot. With 4 people we could barely walk in our room and it was humid in there since the temp would not go under 72.

We had a poor experience...

Liked: The room itself was nice… the location was pretty good for what we wanted. We did not receive what we paid for. We were not given help about the pricing issues. Or any of the other facility problems we encountered.
Disliked: We paid for a room with a balcony, to which we did not receive and no refund. The only thing we were offered was a meal voucher. The complete lack of hospitality. The front desk staff and manger we spoke with were blatantly rude. They tried to say we didn’t pay for what we did and that the balcony room had a “storm.” The first person we encountered at the desk the night of check in accused me of recording him when I took a picture of the amenities for the resort. He yelled amongst many other members of the staff while becoming defensive. It’s hard to find positive things to say about this property. They told me I could only reach out to booking.com about our pricing and funds. The elevator also broke before checkout and they expected us to carry out things down the stairs…which is completely unreasonable with a mobility issue. No one offered to help. We had to convince them to allow a later checkout. The AC also needed fixed in our room during our stay.

Liked: The staff was very kind, polite and helpful.
Disliked: The rooms were ridiculously small. I booked a room to accommodate 3 adults and it was not even big enough for 2. Two of us had to share a very small bed because they could not provide a cott. Not sure why I paid for 3 when it was the same room for 2. Kinda got ripped off. The beach is blocks away and they charge you for chairs and umbrellas which you would think would be included.

Disliked: It was very basic, staff were not particularly friendly and it felt like I was staying in a nightclub.
