Clarion Pointe Tampa-Brandon Near Fairgrounds and Casino

I stayed here with a girlfriend to see a concert. It was exactly what I was looking for at an excellent price. The rooms were much bigger than expected with a full fridge. Parking isn't a problem at all. Check in - I had no issues booking online or checking out. Variety of people. I wouldn't go on your honeymoon here, but if you're looking for somewhere clean, spacious, and close to the venue this is your hotel.

Overall a pleasant experience; friendly staff and clean rooms.

Liked: The customer service was excellent - I asked for directions to the amphitheatre in Tampa and the young lady behind the desk printed directions for me.
Disliked: The parking was limited.

Liked: The room was spacious and had a kitchenette. This would be great for extended stays. The room had a loft with the bedroom upstairs and full a bath then a half bath downstairs which was nice!
Disliked: The breakfast was non existent. Went down for food and quickly realized that wasn’t an option so I decided to at least get coffee but there was none left. The breakfast area was a mess. Even if they did have food I would not have felt comfortable eating there.Couch in the room was broken. There were no closets which was really weird, especially since there is a space for it.

TERRIBLE

Liked: Absolutely nothing. Nasty, owners spying on guests, no housekeeping in 3 days, no towels and then front desk didn’t want to give back our deposit.
