Gross stinky rude staff drug...

Liked: The beds were comfy and towels were big
Disliked: Front desk Staff was rude, the night shift girl on the weekends is clueless n can usually be found laying on lobby couch with her boyfriend and acting irritated any time she has to do anything. The breakfast area was disgusting and I promise the hot food items are never up to correct holding temps. For the price breakfast was seriously lacking. Only 1 washer n dryer that work half the time. The hotel is filled with druggies who slam doors all night n fight. Bar drinks are over priced and not made correctly. Air was out multiple times during my 1 month stay. Had to Beggg for it to be fixxed during the heatwave. The manger brought in a broken fan im not even exaggerating. Hallways stinks of smoke n mildew . Have to beg for towels and wash rags n when u finally do get them expect attitude from staff . Room keys and side doors do not work 75 percent of the time. My last day was this morning. I came in from work at 330 am by 4 was in the shower my husband was speaking to me n some drunk guy starts banging on my door my husband answers n the guy litterally tried to walk in our room n my husband had to phisically push the guy out n away from our door. Front desk I guess heard the commotion n called the local pd who didn’t show up till an hour later . Woke me up out of my sleep . Just ridiculous then I went to pay the money for another week this morning against my better judgement but really didn’t want to pack all my stuff n leave on 4 hours of sleep n the front desk people refused to re book us. N wouldn’t explain why. Which is fine considering how terrible of an experience this was.. also microwave in room was nasty . I had to clean it myself. Shower pressure was not good at all. My first Hair dryer litteraly was shooting sparks when I turned it on & House keepers litterally push their babies around in their laundry carts in the mornings and you hear them crying all the time. Heavy police presence. Drug deals all the time right out in the open.
