I dont know how they can call them selves a RAMADA worst i have ever seen!

Disliked: Staff was Rude place was dirty and disorginized

Disliked: The rooms we're old. The curtains dirty.

NEEDED A PLACE TO REST...

Disliked: ROOM KEY MALFUNCTION. NO BATH TOWELS IN ROOM UPON ARRIVAL, STAFF REQUESTED ME TO PICKUP AT FRONT DESK RATHER THAN DELIVERING THEM TO THE ROOM.

Bad

Liked: They offered complimentary shuttle but then didn’t have to so we had to get a cab!
Disliked: Nothing. They had no toiletries to give us depleted so we were told!

Worst day at a hotel...

Liked: The only thing that was nice at this hotel was the front desk clerk I do not know her name it was night time when I checked in she was an African American beautiful young lady who was very kind and helpful she definitely deserves to be acknowledged because she was so friendly nice and helped me with everything I needed I wish I knew her name so I could put it on here.
Disliked: The rooms were absolutely disgusting I found a marijuana joint and I am a marijuana friendly person so no really major complaint there but the fact that it was not cleaned was unacceptable it was behind there was hair all over the shower towels the end table there was human hair on the controller for the television there was blood splatter on the wall that look like it came from a syringe I had to go to the front desk and have the young lady get me another room they was only a little bit better the photos they advertise on here are absolutely nothing like the rooms or the hotel itself I was extremely unhappy

Liked: Close to BWI...Great rate for one night!
Disliked: The lobby had a very refreshing aroma...3rd floor not as much. Ceiling needs repair in room.
