Excellent hotel, well placed and...

Liked: Excellent hotel. Great location with very nice staff and a good atmosphere. The continental breakfast was very good. Everywhere was very clean and I will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: It would have been good to have a lightweight duvet on the bed during this very hot summer. Even a fan doesn't help when it's a heavy winter duvet. I removed it.There was no loo roll ...or a spare! Quickly addressed but it should have been checked.

Liked: Very central but quiet areaSpotlessly clean and all facilities.Very good continental breakfast.

A good hotel but could...

Liked: The location was excellent, the room was a good size and the bed was large and comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom needs a refurb.

Liked: The place was nice, really close to Euston station. Cozy room, the bed and pillow were not soft which I love it.
Disliked: There is no fan in the room, it was hot when I stayed. I opened the window but it was no enough for me.

Liked: Very good location, right next to the British Museum and in a walking distance to Trafalgar Square. The room was very comfortable and the staff is very nice and amicable. Very good price for money.
Disliked: There are rooms at the basement. We got one but the staff was happy to change it for us.

Disliked: Room was in the basement so could keep windows uncovered, safe didn’t work and needed toilet paper. Room felt warmer than the rest of the hotel.
