Disliked: No air conditioning. Very dirty windows and curtains. No staff to turn to. Very small room, stuffy and noisy - all rooms look on the street.

Disliked: When we arrived we realized they were in the middle of a renovation, they were busy painting the rooms and hallways. There was no (English speaking) staff present, only the workers who were busy painting. Half the building and staircase was still wet with paint, making it hard to climb the stairs. Our room had been painted the day before and still smelled heavily of paint. When we told the staff about our concerns, he dismissed us saying it was painted yesterday as if that made the smell instantly disappear.

Brilliant!
