Not enjoyable, luckily only stayed...

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Rooms are poor, not clean at all. Didn’t feel safe at the property. The communal toilet is disgusting, the rooms are tiny and the bathrooms are also dirty in the rooms. We had a fan in our room that was broken. It stated a family room, but the sofa bed was not sturdy enough to sleep on. The bed just about fit into the bedroom, no bedside lamps provided and only tiny bathroom towels. No full length mirror, spare bedding provided but didn’t even have a duvet cover on.

Very good

Liked: A great room, very comfortable, brilliant location.
Disliked: Getting the key card out of the box was a faff, particularly as it wasn't there, but the member of staff was there so all sorted quickly.

MY STAY AT THE CITY...

Liked: The access to the guesthouse on Tavistock Place was easy. I liked the room, it was clean and had all the items you would expect: tea/coffee etc. A fridge for your convenience.
Disliked: There was nothing I did not like.

Reasonable

Liked: Hotel location was good. Room size was good and staff were polite on arrival.
Disliked: Tv remote didn't work. The shower pressure was very poor. Room was very warm and fan wasn't very effective. Very few hangers in wardrobe. Need more sockets near bed

Good stay apart from lighting

Liked: Easily approachable via booking.com messages
Disliked: Light kept flickering did tell them on the 1st day but was still flickering when I left 2 days later
