Liked: Check in was very easy. Breakfast was a feast and the lady very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Friendly staff, good bed.
Disliked: No hot water in the shower in the morning (when I shower), the problem wasn't fixed and I wasn't moved in another room. The room itself is very small, it becomes difficult to move around the bed. I have tried a few rooms, they all have the same problem: falling wall fixings (toilet paper, towel rails...) and loose parts of wooden furniture. This can easily be fixed ! The breakfast was below my expectations: only soluble coffee, the bread was stale and you could tell some of the fruits and cheese have been there for a few days.ATTENTION: please be advised that if you pay on their website, the money kept from your credit card at the time of payment cannot be used for the payment at the entrance to receive the keys. The machine outside the building doesn't allow this, so I had to pay a second time. I'm still waiting for the pre-payment money back, and it's been almost a month (!). Yes, a month of waiting! This is unacceptable, especially for large amounts.
