citizenM New York Times Square

Had a great 2 day, 1 night stay at CitizenM in NYC with my daughter. Location was perfect. Hotel staff was excellent. Room, although small for some people, was perfect for us. My daughter loved the rain shower that changed colors. The breakfast we added for an additional charge was good. The decor was fun and funky!

Liked: Big bed; fun, youthful; perfect location!
Disliked: Small room.

Had a great stay; nice staff, always willing to help. They let us check in early which was a great thing because I had a broken foot and was on crutches and needed to put my luggage down. The hotel was right across the street from our show. So I went across the street with no problems. Hotel is in a perfect spot for what we needed - show, food and sleep. It was perfect and comfortable, very clean with free wifi.

Liked: Comfy bed, great location, friendly staff, easy check in/out. Great experience overall.
Disliked: Room is a bit small but to be expected for such a location in NY.

Good time, nice place.speed up...

Liked: Great location. Easy access to the subway, Times Square and the theatre we visited.
Disliked: The lifts/elevators were painfully slow. Only one lift worked most of the time.

Reasonable hotel, but the area...

Liked: Hotel is in an outstanding location! It is very stylish and has a relaxed vibe. It is super clean and the rooms are well kept. Staff are very helpful and make you feel welcomed and they are very nice. Recommend for anyone planning on Times Square!

Location is everything when it...

Liked: Location is hard to beat - right in the center of Broadway's theater district, with subway stations all around and practically all major Broadway musicals within 1-7 minutes' walk. Hotel is chic, breakfast is good though repetitive, but the main downside was the room, which outside of Hong Kong and Japan was the smallest I've ever been in, with the bed arranged strangely, pressed against the wall and accessible only from one side. Also, one lift was out of service, and the remaining two were simply not enough to cater for the traffic, causing overly long waiting times.
Disliked: Room size, elevator service

Liked: Location was great, clean room and love that everything can be controlled by ipad.
