Comfortable, relaxing and extremely friendly...
Liked: Fantastic staff, so helpful and friendly. Room was exceptionally clean. Reception area was fabulous, very unique and a calm friendly environment to chill. Love the artwork & all the books etc. added a lot of interest.
Disliked: I didn’t buy breakfast?I will next time because the rest of the food was very disappointing as it was just reheated packaged food.

Liked: The location was quite nice. It was clean.
Disliked: They charged my card almost 30 USD more than the final confirmed price. No explanation, no reason—just some nonsense about it being “in the receipt,” even though the receipt clearly showed only the original amount. This is straight-up fraud. I felt completely scammed.It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with hotel staff, and I travel a lot. Our toilet didn’t flush, so we reported it. They sent a plumber who wasted over an hour in our room while we had to sit there and wait. In the end, he shrugged and said, “It’s fixed, just press twice.” Obviously, it still didn’t work. When we went back to reception, the receptionist acted like we were annoying her by even asking. She was extremely rude, didn’t even try to solve the problem, and made us feel like we were the inconvenience—not their broken bathroom. If we hadn’t demanded a new room, she would’ve happily left us in a room without a working toilet.When we finally got moved, the new room was much smaller—probably their actual standard size—but whatever. What wasn’t “whatever” was the receptionist’s behavior. Not a single apology, not even a fake “sorry.” No attempt to make up for the fact that we lost hours of our vacation stuck waiting around because of their screw-up. We had to directly ask for a stupid apology. No compensation, one would expect at least a stupid drink at their overpriced bar or a discount, but they offered nothing. Zero professionalism, zero care.And it gets worse. In the second room, the shower leaked all over the floor. After the first disaster, we didn’t even dare to complain again. On top of that, you don’t get cleaning unless you book it through their useless, broken app before 4 a.m. We did that—but nobody ever came. Was it revenge for us “daring” to ask for a working toilet? Or just more incompetence? Either way, it’s unacceptable.The whole atmosphere in this place is hostile. You’re not treated like a guest—you’re treated like a problem.
