Very happy and satisfied. Employees were polite and helpful.

Did not get room as requested. Our third guest was very uncomfortable in her roll away! Front desk staff basically told us they were overbooked and "too bad" about not having 2 double beds. I was and am not happy!

Liked: Cleaning staff.
Disliked: Room accommodation.

Good for its price

Liked: I liked that it was close to Times square and Broadway. The staff was nice.
Disliked: The place is very dark and small, breakfast doesn't have a lot of options. The elevators were a little damaged so they wouldn't come as fast or they would stop at every floor.

Liked: The location.The bed and the pillows were very comfortable.
Disliked: The Health Department notification on the front door made us question our choice.First impression of the lobby was "Is this the lobby?" Very small with seating jammed in the small space and the check-in counter behind a wall in a very cramped space.The bathroom had no space to place toiletries.
