Very happy and satisfied. Employees were polite and helpful.

Did not get room as requested. Our third guest was very uncomfortable in her roll away! Front desk staff basically told us they were overbooked and "too bad" about not having 2 double beds. I was and am not happy!

Liked: Cleaning staff.
Disliked: Room accommodation.

Recommended for short stays.

Liked: The location and basic amenities.
Disliked: It was not as clean as I excepted it to be. The lift didn’t always work and i couldn’t find the staircase.

Nice hotel but not very...

Liked: Very nice personnel, quite nice room, perfect location between Grand Central and Time Square.
Disliked: Very loud. I had a room on the first floor and around 5 am people started loudly talking and working in front of the very thin door.

Liked: The staff and location! All the staff was very nice; Rafael and Brian, the front desk managers were incredibly gracious and helpful. And the location, excellent.
Disliked: Housekeeping services are every other day, but they were very nice ladies; unfortunately, the bathroom sink backed up each time any of us used it - just needs a little TLC.

Liked: Excellent location! Walking distance to Times Square, 5th Ave, Empire State Building, NY library. Liked the breakfast “on the go”.
Disliked: Rooms are a bit small for 4 people.
