Did not get room as requested. Our third guest was very uncomfortable in her roll away! Front desk staff basically told us they were overbooked and "too bad" about not having 2 double beds. I was and am not happy!
Liked: Cleaning staff.
Disliked: Room accommodation.

Exceptional location with friendly staff....
Liked: The hotel is located very close to 5th Avenue, which is the best asset of it. The staff was really friendly and helpful, although with some limitations. There are many shops and restaurants close to the hotel for breackfast and lunch/dinner. The hotel hasnīt parking, however it has an agreement with a near parking area. Advice, do not pay for parking at the hotel, take the hotel offer and go to the parking to pay directly, you will get a better price!.
Disliked: We booked a suite, however the size was a little bit small for 4 people (2 adults+2 kids). The toilette is really small and it would need a renovation. The coffee machine makes a horrible coffee, lucky you will find a Starbucks face to hotel. The breakfast offered was just "a scam" (1 juice, 1 yogurt + 1 a piece of fruit in a plastic bag). The hotel should have advised of this at the time of booking, better to go outside and have a hot breakfast. There are several options nearby. Our suite was besides the ice maker which produced an unbearable noise, be sure you ask the reception desk to disconnect the machine, during night, if you want to sleep well.

One of the worst hotels...
Liked: The only good thing I can tell about this hotel is it location.
Disliked: There are bunch of thing hotel do wrong about their gusts. The breakfast were just awful. I totally understand all COVID restrictions but we stayed in other hotels and everywhere they find some way to provide guests with some normal food. I will add a photo of "breakfast" here. I think it would be fair just cancel the breakfast option if you can't provide them in normal way. The second thing is a cleaning room. We stayed in hotel for 6 days (5 nights) and they clean it only ones (the day before we moved out). And the last but not the least. I bought a t-shirt and order a delivery in the hotel. They charge me $4 for take this t-shirt (it just lie on the reception for 2 or 3 hours). It's not a matter of money but the showing how cheap the hotels' rules are. Disgusting attitude.

Overall, the location is fantastic,...
Liked: For the most part, the staff, including front desk personnel and housekeeping were very attentive, cordial, and professional. The rooms are tight and if you have ever heard of the movie "the room with a view:, think a room without a view on the 5th floor. At first , the rooms had cigarette odor, so I walked to the Walgreens, located a couple of hundred yards away and bought a room freshener. From that point on, I was satisfied. Also, the room was clean, but there is no housekeeping for the first couple of night, although, if you need clean towels and sheets, the staff was eager to accomodate me. The business center consists of two Apple computers and a high speed laser printer. Both add value to the stay.
Disliked: I was offended by Josh at the front desk, here's why: I entered the lobby after a pleasant meeting with clients at a restaurant. I was still a bit hungry, or greedy, so I grabbed a snack in the lobby and a bottle of flavored water. Because I was aware of the process, I immediately stepped to the front desk with my payment card in hand. As I handed it to a young man at the front desk, he asked was I a guest of the hotel, because only guests can purchase items. In my mind, being a business consultant for many years. I thought, "if the hotel is making money on these items, who cares if a guest or someone visiting a guest chooses to spend money at the hotel lobby? Ever been to the Marriott? He proceeded to ask for my room number and my name. I complied but could not imagine why he would ask. Think about this...I obviously had previously bought items in the lobby, as I knew the process and who would hand him a card to buy chips and a bottle of water? OK, so I am a Black person, he appeared to be Latino. Question, would he have requested the same from someone who was not of color? I don't care if he also is a person of color, seemed Latino, why would he assume I was up to no good?I went to my room (501), thought about it, and went back to the lobby to ask him why did he ask me to prove I was a paid guest? His answer, "oh I thought you were just checking in". I call BS. Anyhow, I do believe that management should address this issue as I am not someone who is easily offended. I was that night.

Short weekday stay
Liked: The location, staff, location, and they can hold your bags for the day if you went in a bit too early for your check in or you checked out and wanted to explore some more.
Disliked: I had to call a couple times for extra towels and toiletries. Housekeeping is only if you stay for 3+ days or more? personally I like this but others might not.
