Liked: Couldn’t do enough for us, gave us excellent choice at breakfast
Disliked: Steps up to farm very uneven for older folk

Full of English charm.

Liked: Tea and cake on arrival was a lovely surprise. Delicious breakfast cooked to order. Beautiful house and surroundings in quiet location but with Warwick, Stratford & Leamington within easy reach. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Would prefer separate breakfast tables.

Peaceful and quiet location

Liked: A beautiful farmhouse in a peaceful and quiet location, ideal for Charlecote Park, Upton House, Gaydon Motor Museum and Warwick Castle. Excellent cooked breakfast!

Feels like a home on...

Liked: Just back from a lovely break, staying at Church Hill Farm. Our stay was great. Sue provides a welcoming check in & makes the whole stay more than comfortable. Our room was great, the fresh milk & cake were a nice touch. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection.
Disliked: Finding it was a bit tricky as the sat nav took us to the wrong location. Perhaps a little map or directions might help.

Enjoyed ourselves very much. Good...

Liked: Sue greeted us with a hot drink and cake. Good choice for breakfast. Tea/coffee and biscuits available in the room. Very friendly and looked after us very well.

Liked: Susan our host was very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was really great. Beautiful place to stay and enjoy a little bit of history staying in a beautiful old farmhouse and relaxing in the garden
Disliked: Beware of banging your head in some of the low openings
