Next trip to New York...

Liked: The location was perfect, 5 minute walk to subway and in the thick of the city within half an hour. Lots of good food spots around too. Rooms cleaned every day also which was a bonus! Perfect

Liked: Hotel staff are OUTSTANDING...Elmer was great and the bartender Josh was super knowledgeable about where to go

Nice hotel , could do...

Liked: Location to my work location
Disliked: Location to the main attractions and transport links. No lounge restaurant felt like a canteen. Unable to use Coffee machine when its staff lunch time.

Liked: I was tired of the place, the location, the cleanliness, its proximity to all services, and the reception. I would like to mention in particular Ms. Mai and Mr. Youssef. The reception was excellent. The breakfast there was also excellent. I highly recommend it.
Disliked: Nothing
