Liked: Hi. The welcome to the hotel is fairly mediocre. The bar was quite good loud groups. The restaurant was not available for meals only at the bar. I ordered in room service, which had two extra service charges on it. One of them was a tip, but was disguised as a fee for the restaurant. Just found it rude.
Disliked: Lack of welcome and more welcoming staff.

Loved it. Wish we had...

Liked: The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was great and there was a Starbucks open when we arrived.
Disliked: The ladies bathroom in the pool area had over flowed and wasn't welcoming.
