It suited our needs and...

Liked: Wehad not been to the area before and found all the staff very helpful and friendly even when you were doing something else. The room was excellent as was the breakfast Thanks.
Disliked: Nothing was most impressed with the immediate hot water. The weather was a bit miserable but know that was beyond your control.

Chevin End is a delight

Liked: Location and view from the room; comfort of beds; very clean; good breakfasts. Altogether a first-rate experience

Liked: The location of the guest house was lovely. The staff were lovely and very helpful and made the effort to talk to us every day, which was nice. Breakfast was delicious with a good choice and a lovely pot of tea. The room was a good size.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was the mattress it wasn't very comfortable. I didn't complain as it was only a minor thing and the rest of my stay was lovely.

Nicky is a wonderful host...

Liked: Very comfortable room, brilliant views and found everything that I needed had been thought of. Great selection of different breakfast options. Good location for walking and exploring, although a car would be beneficial for going further afield.
Disliked: A little isolated, but it was my choice not to hire a car.

Liked: Good breakfast and half the price of another venue we were visiting for a wedding up the road.
