Cheshire Hotel

Had problem with television but they came straight away to see to it. Really friendly, smiling staff. The foreign lady on reception on arrival was the best person there - made us feel really special.

Liked: The staff - nothing was too trouble. Really great people.
Disliked: Man on reception on 3rd December tended to let hotel down. Everybody else was fantastic.

Great location and good price.

Liked: Great location. Located between Tottenham court and Holborn tube stations. Elevator to upper floors.
Disliked: Room Stuffy with window closed, or smells of cooking with window open.

Liked: We didn’t even stay the night and lost our money. We were so disgusted by the entrance and everything to the room.
Disliked: That it looked like a serial killer room

Really pleased to find this...

Liked: The location was good for a theatre and museum visit.We were pleased to find a desk fan in the room as the weather was quite warm.Breakfast not included but there are lots of places close to eat. There is also a 24 hr grill restaurant, handy if you are out late.The room was clean and well presented.I'd definitely stay again!
Disliked: The stairs weren't well signposted (I apologised for using the emergency exit!)No plug in the bathroom sink (we didn't ask for one as only staying two nights but hubby does prefer wet shave which is easier with a bowl of water)
