Cheshire Hotel

Had problem with television but they came straight away to see to it. Really friendly, smiling staff. The foreign lady on reception on arrival was the best person there - made us feel really special.

Liked: The staff - nothing was too trouble. Really great people.
Disliked: Man on reception on 3rd December tended to let hotel down. Everybody else was fantastic.

Disliked: Staff blamed me for using a broken iron they provided which burnt my shirt and water leaked everywhere. They sent me many emails explaining I should be able to inspect the iron they provided me so it’s my fault.

Value for money.

Liked: The location was fantastic. Very accessible to subway and places to shop and eat.

Decent basic accomodation that looks...

Room was okay, nothing special....

Liked: Good location, nice restaurants around within walking distance.
Disliked: Very small room. The booking said Air conditioning is at the hotel, but the room only had a tiny fan which done little to nothing. Shower wasn’t the cleanest, the water pressure was also horrible, either full force which flooded the bathroom or not much water at all. No toilet brush cleaner in the bathroom and no PowerPoint in the bathroom.
