Cheshire Hotel

Had problem with television but they came straight away to see to it. Really friendly, smiling staff. The foreign lady on reception on arrival was the best person there - made us feel really special.

Liked: The staff - nothing was too trouble. Really great people.
Disliked: Man on reception on 3rd December tended to let hotel down. Everybody else was fantastic.

Liked: Good location right near the London show district and Chinatown I was pleasantly surprised after reading the reviews about single rooms but I paid a little extra and got one with a window.

Liked: The location was great for the activities I was doing in London. The staff are friendly and helpful. For what I needed on a basic level the hotel room was fine
Disliked: The hotel looks quite tiered and need of some TLC. The room was in the basement (which is what I booked), and had a slight damp smell in areas.The room wasn't very soundproof, so the noise from the other room toilets flushing and the next-door room's talking was clear to hear

Central location in cute area,...

Liked: Very friendly staff and nice location, very central and cute area. Nice renovated bathroom.
Disliked: The bedroom is a bit old-ish and could use some renovations. Very comfortable and pretty bed. I would really replace the wall decorations/old fake-wood furniture and walls, though. They really downgrade the room's overall appearance.
