Had problem with television but they came straight away to see to it. Really friendly, smiling staff. The foreign lady on reception on arrival was the best person there - made us feel really special.

Liked: The staff - nothing was too trouble. Really great people.
Disliked: Man on reception on 3rd December tended to let hotel down. Everybody else was fantastic.

Liked: Beautiful exterior, good location & the flexibility of the staff
Disliked: The room was incredibly small & quite run down e.g peeling wallpaper on the ceiling, carpets pulling up in the hallways. The biggest problem was how uncomfortable the bed was - it was a small double and had significant dips - felt like the mattress was broken. Not what you need after a long day.
