Well maintained, clean and comfortable...

Liked: It’s so clean and the location is excellent, right next to Penn station and close to the bus station too. Everything is right there. 7-11 is downstairs for juice and water and the staff absolutely friendliest and really helpful and accommodating . The bed was marvelously comfortable.
Disliked: It’s very small but you kind of overlook the size when you realise how clean and well kept it is. For the price, it’s good for this area , cause downtown accommodations are not cheap. But overall NY is an expensive town.

False advertising, for a little...

Liked: The location was ok. Just next to a 7/11 full of vagrants that sometimes sat on the doorfront of the property.
Disliked: Shared bathrooms. Nowhere on the website mentioned it. Neither the bunkbeds. My tiny room was hot even with the A/C on. It was not comfortable at all.

Budget friendly, but don't expect...

Liked: The place is nice, but very basic. Important: Shower and toilets are in the hall.
Disliked: It's located above a metro line, and when the metro passes it gets very noisy. They give you a pair of earplugs.The A/C has known better days.

I love it

Liked: The location was good, there is subway nearby so I easily got there. The staff was really nice and friendly. The breakfast was included. The room was clean and had an air conditioner, fridge, and wash-stand. Clean toilets and shower
Disliked: The toilet is small. I fit in there but I’m not tall but some people can find it difficult to fit in there
