Good for short term stays!

Liked: Great staff, comfy beds and good basic breakfast!
Disliked: Not the best location for female solo traveler at night. Also not good insulation of windows if you get a room towards the street (hotel only has level 1-3 -> so close to street)

One word…awful.

Liked: Don’t ever stay here. Absolutely a total shit hole. Better off sleeping with the homeless
Disliked: Room was the size of a shoebox, no AC, a tweaker all messed up on meth walking in and out of his room until 4am. Do the math.

Good location, clean and friendly...

Liked: The location is excellent for seeing NYC on a budget. The rooms were a little small but you have to expect that given it is in central Manhattan. The staff were really helpful. It was very clean and the shared shower and toilets were kept very clean. I would use again.

Exceptional

Liked: Clean and confi accommodation, employee was friendly and willing to help with questions would stay again here :)

Disappointing

Liked: Complimentary breakfast was lovely. Staff were super helpful wherever possible. The location was great for our activities the next day.
Disliked: The air conditioning was broken, so the room was very hot and humid all night. Everything was too cramped.

Good!

Liked: I like throw the property was close to the Amtrak station and close to the Mta stations. the staff was nice! just glad there was a shower to clean up after a long day of walking manhattan and brooklyn/queens. There was a fridge in the room and the office had a microwave.
Disliked: There was no complaints. Just glad to have a bed after each night. Space was small petite and nice to experience of New York tiny living!

Superb

Awesome location for the price!!...

Liked: Staff was extra friendly and made sure we understood everything. I even had a mixup on my credit card information a couple days before, and they contacted me right away instead of just cancelling my booking. Love that my deluxe room had a fridge. The breakfast is small, but the atmosphere that comes with it is amazing. I met people from all walks of life. The location was awesome as it is only a couple blocks from MSG and Penn Station/Amtrak so we could walk to it from when our train arrived. Location is nice as you are pretty close by to alot subway terminals to get you wherever you need to go. Empire state building was walkable also. Bathrooms/showers SUPER CLEAN!!!
Disliked: No tvs in the rooms(i knew they didnt have one, but i think it would help to drown out the street noise). The bathrooms are small, but they are usable and I'm 5'10". Steps are a little steep, but climbable, and I smoke cigarettes. Which also you have to go outside to smoke.
