Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and has a gorgeous view of Lake Chautauqua. Our king deluxe room was very clean and roomy.

Liked: The location was very nice - located along the lakeshore.
Disliked: The kitchen was having some difficulties during the time we were there...maybe they had new staff or maybe they weren't adequately staffed, but on our first night there it took 45 minutes to get our food. Once it arrived it was excellent. My wife and I had to laugh about the shower controls....I'm 5'6'' and was unable to reach the shower flow control...it was at least 8" above my each!!! They must have a race of giants in Jamestown NY!! :)
