Wonderful

Liked: Beautiful room, very clean and lovely staff.
Disliked: It isn't really in walking distance of anywhere, that said taxis are easily arranged.

Liked: Staff was friendly and very helpful and the location or the room was fantastic.
Disliked: For the Resort to keep their prestige, maintenance in the room is paramount. The basin in the room was cracked and found black spots in the shower

Perfect place to unwind!

Liked: The rooms are very nice, super comfy beds, very spacious and we had a very large balcony which had views of the gold course and country side. At Sunset we seen kangaroos hopping on the course which was very cool. The size of the bathroom is very large and rooms come with eveything you need!
Disliked: nothing.

Not a romantic chateau break.great...

Liked: Staff good room nice bed lovely.
Disliked: Catering manager needs to lift their game. Food not labelled as GF Vego dairy free etc. no oat milk for buffet breakfast. Toaster broken. Could have got 4 cheap toasters to make do. Is more of a golf hotel than a chateau or boutique hotel.

Disliked: Need to do some maintenance and repairs - shower and bathroom tiles, basin cracks and missing plug, the tap handle on bath came off a few times.It would be good to have more supplies available, such as toilet paper and body wash/shampoo. They were limited and we ran out. Staff were very friendly. However, at one stage we were trying to relax where, nearby, one of the staff were gossiping about a new staff member quite loudly and we had to move away from our seat (which we were quite enjoying) so that we could avoid overhearing it and having it ruin our time. Was quite a negative conversation and difficult to not to overhear.
