Disliked: The room smelt musty. The tub did not have a plug. Music went till 3 am, could not sleep loud base.

Liked: The only thing that was good about the place was it was easy access to the beach.
Disliked: There was not enough parking for guest. They expected to park across the street down the road a little. This was a safety concern especially with kids. They allowed a lot of parting at all hrs in parking lot and pool area. The room smelt like dirty laundry. The floors was unfinished. They did not provide linens to bathe with. When trying to speak with staff about parking issue she stated not sure what you want me to do about. They give a sticker and there was plenty in lot without it. This is a place to go party not a place for a family vacation. The tiki bar had one poor lady working all day Saturday she was new so service was not great. She was nice but overwhelmed. Not able to run bar and food part by herself. Overall this was a garbage visit!!

Disliked: When arrived we were put into a room someone else had been in and left the door open, bed unmade and room trashed. Then put into another room that had AMAZING VIEWS AND LOCATION, but the room was CRAP!!!!!The bathroom door was broken, the toilet had too small of a lid on the tank and constantly ran, Then the toilet overflowed all the way into the room. When we tracked down someone on the property because NO ONE answers the phone, the the some towels down and wiped up the toilet water and threw the towels into hall.... we had to go get the cleaning supplies and clean our own room because they left it. We left a day early, it wasn't much vacation.

Great way to spend nine...

Liked: Our first time doing something like this. We just sold our travel travel, so there will be more holidays like this. We were pleasantly surprised. Location was excellent, and our view of the Gulf from our room was superb. It is an older facility, but met our needs perfectly. Beach was excellent, but neither of us likes to sit on the beach. The walks were nice. Liked the busy-ness of the area. Lots going on. The restaurants we visited were great, including the three 'Beachfront' and 'Barefoot' ones where we got a discount through the resort.
