If it can go wrong...

Liked: The themes are unique and fun. The bartender was very nice.
Disliked: The shuttle bus was not running even though our morning welcome message said it would be. That was a major reason we chose to stay here. We had to make other arrangements since we had already been enjoying drinks at the hotel bar. Then when we got back to the hotel after being at the smoky casino, we were told there was no hot water. The front desk said they would message when it was fixed, but they never did. The most frustrating thing was when we asked if we could get a refund if we checked out then, the worker said "I don't think it's that big of a deal" and said they wouldn't be refunding us. When ended up taking cold showers and staying to at least attempt to get a little bit of our money's worth.
