Liked: The hotel was shut down!! We were charged for two rooms two days prior to arrival but when we arrived to check in it was closed! No one told us and we had nowhere to go!!!

Passable

Liked: The tubs were dirty. I called for housekeeping to come clean them. Place needs to be updated. I think there may be bed bugs. We all had little bites but not confirmed. We all went to Urgent Care but it was too late to tell if they were bed bugs or not. We waited too long thinking they were mosquito bites. Stayed here 10 years ago had a great time and everything was perfect which is why I booked it again.

Liked: The staff in charge of the breakfast was wonderful. Everything was clean, kept up to the moment, friendly.
Disliked: The room was a little more worn than I expected.

Liked: Breakfast had a variety of choices, the little cuban woman who maintained the buffet on Saturday was an absolute DELIGHT! I wish I knew her name. Having ice cream bars in the lobby for purchase was fun. Well stocked kitchen, thank you. Linens, towels were nice.
Disliked: Things/furniture in room were tired/worn, seen newer days for sure. They worked, but getting sad looking. Front door in 317 sticks, difficult to open from outside. Having some non stairs rooms with 2 beds would have been nice, my mom is 91yo--it was hard.

Never again! Very run down...
