Liked: It was the best experience, new ownership and all new staff, the bestThe only thing The room that I was in the water wasn't working properly for the shower and there was no heat. But that is understandable because of fiona has really messed up that side of the hotel

Liked: As advertised, the building is under renovation. Very good stay with little disruption as a guest. An upgraded room in another building was offered at no additional cost but we chose to stay with the room we booked.No restaurant facilities at this time, but a breakfast is offered daily.

Disliked: This hotel is under construction but they only tell you that by email after you book. The whole place is a mess. We went to breakfast and the room was so cold the girl looking after the breakfast had her winter coat on. Terrible continental breakfast....no bacon, sausage..pathetic. There was no plug for the sink in the bathroom and the bathtub wouldn't drain. We stayed for 2 days and no room service....bed not made, garbage not emptied. In my opinion this hotel shouldn't even be open while under reservation.

Will be back again!

Liked: Was a convenient location for our purpose of stay. The staff was friendly. I just wish they would have had the pullout couch made up as when I phoned I explained we would be needing the couch for one or our guests.
