Great facility! Our room felt like an elegant tree house with the redwood deck extending into the woods. The staff was perfect and the food was amazing and really fun. Ostrich Carpaccio - WOW! Current rates makes this resort a bargain!!

Liked: The room and pet friendly attitude. Everything has been remodeled since my last visit
Disliked: The service. They seemed understaffed and took 3 hours to get us dinner after confusing or losing the order twice. And... didn't offer anything to make that experience better.Many staff along the hallways and grounds couldn't help due to the language barrier. I was told multiple times that: "I don't speak English" and never offered anymore assistance. That was frustrating, cause I was not able to walk all the way to the front every time I needed help. Also, handicapped parking is not appropriate for the size of the facility. I had to walk farther than needed to go to my room, and I need assistance with walking long distances. There was no extra help offered. I had even asked if there was a handicapped parking spot in front of our room. I was assured there was and then had to park 3 buildings down from my room's entrance. There was no spot in front of my building with ADA parking.

Nice, calming and quiet, getaway, while still close to home..

Liked: Beds a bit uncomfortable for my husband,pillows too soft he said. Everything was too tight in terms of space however, everything was provided. I felt like there was a constant pacing sound of someone walking around upstairs my room .. I couldn't relax it made me quiet anxious.
Disliked: More space to sit, besides bed or a bigger table ,to feed kids.
